PRICING and REGISTRATION
All prices are per person and include three nights of lodging, all meals, workshops, performances and use of rehearsal spaces and equipment.
All camp activities will be held at Full Moon Resort. Full Moon features an eclectic array of comfortable, air conditioned country-inn accommodations from simple B&B style guest rooms with shared hallway baths to premium cottages equipped with private mountain view deck, "smart" TV and luxury bathrooms. “Primitive” campsites and luxury, pre-set glamping packages are also available.
All accommodations are just steps away from daily activities. Enjoy the spring-fed swimming pool, walking paths along the pristine Esopus Creek, and explore the splendors of the Catskills on the nearby network of hiking trails.
Accommodations do not have telephones or daily housekeeping service. Please Note: There is facility wide free WiFi; but no cell phone service in the area.

Tent Camping $1,560
Bring your own tent, bedding, towels etc. Nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer and private outdoor showers
Commuter $1,560
Access to all workshops, performances and 3 meals a day. No indoor lodging included. Stay at a nearby hotel, airbnb or commute from home!
RV/Camper Access $1,665
This package allows you to bring an RV/camper to the event. At least one participant must have an RV package; all other participants must have a camping/commuter package. NO electricity, water or septic hookup provided. Nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer and private outdoor showers.
Pre-Set Camping: $1,770
Pre-Set weatherproof tent at resort campsite with queen size memory foam mattress pad, air conditioning/heat and electrical outlet. Nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer and private outdoor showers. Bring your own linens & towels.
Meadow Glamping $2,180
Weather-proof tent on raised platform including A/C, queen bed, bedside table and lamp, linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer and private outdoor showers. Located just steps away from the Moondance Pavilion.
Streamside Glamping $2,180
Weather-proof tent on raised platform including A/C, queen bed, bedside table and lamp, linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby restroom and shower located near the calming waters of the Esopus Creek.
Standard Room, Shared Bath: Double $1,820
B&B style Guest Room with two twin beds, sink, vanity, A/C & shared hall bathroom. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Standard Room, Private Bath: Double $2,180
B&B style Guest Room with two twin beds, tile bathroom & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Standard Room, Shared Bath: Single $2,805
Single occupancy, simple accommodation with queen bed and sink/vanity.

Two-bedroom cottage with queen beds, comfy living room, kitchenette, custom tile bathroom & A/C. Specific housemate may be requested, otherwise a housemate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Deluxe Room, Private Bath: Double $2,390
Motel style Guest Room with two twin beds featuring custom tile bathroom with radiant heat, sitting area, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Premium Cottage, Private Bath: Single $3,635
Premium Cottage featuring custom tile bathroom with dual head shower and radiant heat, sitting area with mountain views, private deck, couch mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV, & A/C.
Guests must be prepared for walking on hilly terrain and stairs

All registrations and payments are 100% non-refundable
Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Music Masters Collective strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance.
Music Masters Collective Inc., reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission, or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.
MINORS
Music Masters Collective events are designed for participants 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted at Full Moon Resort without their legal guardian or other adult designated by the participant’s legal guardian as chaperone. ROOMMATES
If registering for a double occupancy package, your room will be Shared with one roommate. Specific roommates may be requested. If one is not requested, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender identity. You will have the option to indicate your roommate preference, and if you would prefer one queen bed, on your registration form.
Note: We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they are registered. Roommates must select the same package and indicate each other as roommate preference on their registration forms.
