PRICING and REGISTRATION
All prices are per person and include four nights of lodging, all meals, workshops, performances and use of rehearsal spaces and equipment.
All camp activities will be held at Full Moon Resort. Full Moon features an eclectic array of comfortable, air conditioned country-inn accommodations from simple B&B style guest rooms with shared hallway baths to premium cottages equipped with private mountain view deck, "smart" TV and luxury bathrooms. “Primitive” campsites and luxury, pre-set glamping packages are also available.
All accommodations are just steps away from daily activities. Enjoy the spring-fed swimming pool, walking paths along the pristine Esopus Creek, and explore the splendors of the Catskills on the nearby network of hiking trails.
Accommodations do not have telephones or daily housekeeping service. Please Note: There is facility wide free WiFi; but no cell phone service in the area.
Package Types
Pre-Pitched Tent Camping:
Single occupancy, pre-set, weather-proof tent structure including air conditioning/heat, and electric outlet with nearby restroom and outdoor showers. These tents DO NOT include any other furnishings or bedding. You must supply bedding, towels, and anything else you may need.
Tent Camping/Commuter:
Event access, no indoor lodging. Camping equipment is not provided. Nearby restroom and outdoor showers are provided.
Glamping:
Event access, no indoor lodging. Camping equipment is not provided. Nearby restroom and outdoor showers are provided.
Standard Room, Shared Bath: Single:
Single occupancy, simple accommodation with queen bed and sink/vanity.
Standard Room, Private Bath: Single:
Single occupancy, en suite accommodation with queen bed.
Standard Room, Shared Bath: Double:
Double occupancy, simple accommodation with two twin beds and sink/vanity. Shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested.
Standard Room, Private Bath: Double:
Double occupancy, en suite accommodation with two twin beds. Shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested.
Deluxe Cottage, Semi-Private Bath: Single:
Two-bedroom cottage featuring a common living room, kitchenette and custom tile bathroom. Each single occupancy bedroom has one queen bed and air conditioning. Cottage is shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested.
Deluxe Room, Private Bath: Double:
Double occupancy, en suite accommodation featuring two twin beds, sitting area with couch, air conditioning and custom tile bathroom. Shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested.
Premium Cottage, Private Bath: Single:
Single occupancy Premium Cottage features queen bed, sitting area with couch, private deck, picture windows with dramatic panoramic views, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV and custom tile bathroom. Guests must be prepared for walking on hilly terrain and stairs.
Premium Cottage, Private Bath: Double:
Double occupancy Premium Cottage features two twin beds, sitting area with couch, private deck, picture windows with dramatic panoramic views, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV and custom tile bathroom. Shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested. Guests must be prepared for walking on hilly terrain and stairs.

All registrations and payments are 100% non-refundable
Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Music Masters Collective strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance.
Music Masters Collective Inc., reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission, or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.
MINORS
Music Masters Collective events are designed for participants 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted at Full Moon Resort without their legal guardian or other adult designated by the participant’s legal guardian as chaperone. ROOMMATES
If registering for a double occupancy package, your room will be Shared with one roommate. Specific roommates may be requested. If one is not requested, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender identity. You will have the option to indicate your roommate preference, and if you would prefer one queen bed, on your registration form.
Note: We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they are registered. Roommates must select the same package and indicate each other as roommate preference on their registration forms.
COVID-19
Policies will be implemented based on current government regulations and may be adjusted from the time or your registration to the time of the event.
By registering for this event, the participant agrees to adhere to the Covid-19 policies set forth at the time of the event.
